Description: Behavioral Health

• Collect vitals as needed
• Verifying medications
• Discussing symptoms and reasons for visit
• Completing and updating medical charts
• Calling patients for medication reminders, appointment reminders, rescheduling appointments

Qualifications:

• Current LPN license

Monday - Friday

8-5:30 Hours
